Parallel Laser Printing of Nanoparticles

Abstract

We report on ‘optical force stamping’ lithography, a new approach that employs optical forces on single nanoparticles and allows for parallel nanoparticle printing with precision at least 5x better than the diffraction limit of the laser wavelength.
