Controlling Induced Coherence in Parametric Down-Conversion

Abstract

We address the question of controlling induced coherence between two coherently pumped parametric down-convertors. We evaluate visibility in the interference pattern of two signal waves and demonstrate that for high parametric gain it can approach values arbitrarily close to unity.
