Full laser noise characterization and stabilization at 1550 nm

Abstract

For a variety of optomechanical experiments it is critical that the probe beam is shot noise limited in its amplitude and phase. The details of a laser preparation system at 1550 nm are presented. The laser classical noises are fully characterized and noise suppression is implemented.
