Atmospheric Quantum Channels for Nonclassical and Entangled Light

Abstract

We study quantum features of light in atmospheric channels. Using the matrix of moments, we identify turbulence conditions for which the quantum effects are conserved. A surprising dependence on squeezing and local displacement is observed.
