Light-matter interaction in an optically asymmetric wedge type nanocavity

Abstract

Light-matter interaction is studied in an optically and geometrically asymmetric wedge type nanocavity via time resolved fluorescence lifetime spectroscopy. Inhibition of about 50% is observed in the spontaneous emission rate.
