Quantum teleportation using coherent emission from telecom C-band quantum dots

Abstract

We demonstrate that InP based quantum dots emitting near the telecom C-band can provide photons with coherence times exceeding 1 ns, enabling near optimal two-photon interference as well as teleportation of a C-band laser qubit.
