Generation of non-classical states of photons from metal-dielectric interface: a novel architecture for quantum information processing

Abstract

Photons emitted from quantum emitters on a metal-dielectric interface exhibit anti-coalescence in free space - a clear signature of nonclassicality. Such a system can also be employed as a building block for a distributed quantum network.
