Spatial entanglement patterns and Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen steering in a Bose-Einstein condensate

Abstract

We demonstrate EPR steering in an atomic system. This is allowed by spin correlations between spatially separated regions, that we detect by performing high-resolution imaging of BECs in a spin-squeezed state.
