A Development Methodology for Automated Measurement of Quantitative Image Biomarkers: Analysis of Chest CT Images

Abstract

The development of robust quantitative image biomarkers is addressed by fully automated analysis and large image datasets. A preliminary system for chest CT images with initial results from public image databases is presented.
