Abstract

The optical properties of semiconductor quantum dots (QD's) have been studied intensively in the past a few years. One of the most recent areas of progress is seen in the success of removing the inhomogeneous broadening and isolating the responses from single QD's using high spatial resolution techniques(l,2).
