GaN lasers for quantum information science and technology (QIST) applications

Abstract

We report on GaN lasers with extremely narrow linewidth (~1MHz) at ‘magic wavelengths’ for cold-atom interferometry quantum sensors, using extended cavity GaN laser diodes and DFB GaN laser diodes.
