Entanglement-Enhanced Matter-Wave Interferometry in a High-Finesse Cavity

Abstract

We demonstrate an entanglement-enhanced matter-wave interferometer in a high-finesse cavity with 1.70.5+0.5dB directly observed metrological enhancement of phase resolution. The squeezing is generated through quantum non-demolition measurement and cavity-mediated one-axis twisting dynamics.
