Abstract

We demonstrate an entanglement-enhanced matter-wave interferometer in a high-finesse cavity with ${1.7}_{- 0.5}^{+ 0.5} dB$ directly observed metrological enhancement of phase resolution. The squeezing is generated through quantum non-demolition measurement and cavity-mediated one-axis twisting dynamics.
