Multiplexing-Enhanced Generation of Photon Trains

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We validate time multiplexing as a method for implementing efficient heralded single-photon sources by detecting trains of up to five sequential photons. We demonstrate a factor of 1,000 improvement in the five-photon train detection rate.
