Abstract

Flexible organic photodiodes with PM6 and Y7 active layer were fabricated on various substrates using a low-temperature process. Selective charge transport layers were introduced for high spectral detectivity, and suggested devices maintained their electrical characteristics even after 20,000 bending cycles.
