LeTID Study of passivation layers for Si solar cells

Abstract

LeTID can be mitigated by reducing the introduction of hydrogen, because the samples with FGA show more serious LeTID degradation. We propose that the introduction of sputtered SiNx may be effective in mitigating LeTID behaviors.
