Multi-photon microscopy using a compact, environmentally stable, polarization maintaining fiber laser

Abstract

We report on two-photon microscopy imaging of collagen tissues using a portable all-fiber, all polarization maintaining, Ytterbium-doped fiber laser. Our results demonstrate the suitability of such sources for nonlinear microscopy applications.
