Origin of Extremely Small Bending Loss in Polaritonic Nano Fibers of Thiacyanine Molecules

Abstract

We calculated the dispersion relation and complex propagation constant of curved thiacyanine nano fibers by a finite-difference frequency-domain method with absorbing boundary conditions and reproduced their extremely small bending loss.
