Tunable all-fiber PM lasers with single-and dual-wavelength emission and extended tuning range at 1μm and 2μm

Abstract

We present discretely tunable all-fiber lasers based on a theta ring cavity and an FBG array featuring single- and synchronized multi-wavelength emission. They cover extended tuning ranges of 50nm (Yb band) and 79nm (Tm band).
