LED packaging for extremely uniform angular CCT distribution

Abstract

A precise simulation and detailed design of ACCTD of white LEDs from 2800K to 6500K are presented. The best results of ACCTD in the simulation and experiment are 105K and 182K near 6500K, respectively.
