Enhancing OLED Light Extraction with Polymer Microlens Arrays

Abstract

The light extraction efficiency in organic light-emitting devices was enhanced using polymer microlens arrays fabricated by a soft lithography method. A maximum of 2.6-fold increase in efficiency was achieved in the top-emitting device geometry.
