Standardization Activities for OLED for Lighting

Abstract

Organic Electroluminescent devices for lighting, widely recognized as OLED for lighting, have been rapidly developed for several years, and have been launched for market. On the other hand, standards to evaluate the safety and the performance of OLED products are under consideration, both in CIE and in IEC. I will briefly introduce the latest activities conducted in CIE and IEC for the determination of standards.
