Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Sputtering

Abstract

In this research, a method for a heterojunction solar cell fabricated by using radio frequency magnetron sputtering has been described. The conversion efficiency of proto-type solar cell was achieved to 10.86%.
