Photonic Signal Processing in Time, Frequency, and Space for Unified Elastic Optical Networking

Abstract

We propose signal processing in time, frequency, and space domains for elastic optical networking that benefits from flexible and adaptive resource management in the three domains. Proof-of-concept demonstrations using OAWG and orbital-angular-momentum will be discussed.
