Investigation of CCDM Implementation in Long-haul Subcarrier-multiplexing Transmissions

Abstract

We investigate the CCDM performance in subcarrier-multiplexing systems and show the reduced nonlinear tolerance with conventional CCDM implementation. A dimension-interleaved (DI) CCDM scheme is evaluated for fiber nonlinearity mitigation.
