High Efficient Reflective Dammann Grating

Abstract

A 1×2 reflective Dammann grating with efficiency of 97% higher than the traditional scalar one is designed. We fabricate the reflective gratings with period of 1879nm at wavelength of 1064nm by direct laser writing.
