High-resolution Section Recovery Using a Configurable Pupil in a Scanning Holographic Microscopy

Abstract

We present a sectioning method in optical scanning holography with enhanced depth resolution using a configurable pupil, which is based on spatial light modulator. A depth resolution of 0.7 μm can be achieved by this method.
