Screen-Printed Internal Extraction Layers based on Scattering Polymer/Nanoparticle Composites for OLEDs

Abstract

We present a cross-linkable monomer/nanoparticle composite processed by screen-printing to achieve internal light extraction layers for OLEDs. The introduction of volumetric scattering inside white OLEDs enhances their efficiency by 56 %.
