A Computer-Controlled Tunable Pulsed Ti:Al2O3 Laser

Abstract

Ti:Al2O3 laser is one of new solid state tunable lasers. We developed a pulsed Ti:Al2O3 laser, which is pumped by an EO Q-switched frequency doubled pulsed Nd:YAG laser from two ends. It is shown in Fig.1. A prism is inserted into the resonator that uses as tunable element. By rotating HR(13) mirror, output wavelength can be tuned.
