A surface plasmon resonance spectrometer sensor using a super-period metal nanohole grating

Abstract

We demonstrated a surface plasmon resonance spectrometer sensor with a patterned super-period metal nanohole grating. With the nanohole super-grating and a CCD, surface plasmon resonance can be measured without using an external optical spectrometer.
