Abstract

We study the angular resolution of photonic-plasmonic sensors that consist of porous anodic alumina and aluminum layers. The maximum resolution for the sensors is demonstrated as 6.8×10−8 in the refractive index range of 1.33-1.36 at p-0 polarization.
