Control the optical magnification of a zooming tomography and profilometry with a spatial phase modulator installed interferometer

Abstract

Optical magnification of the high-speed 2D imaging is proposed as a zooming tomography using optical grating and camera installed interferometer. The dynamic range can be optically changed by choosing the diffraction orders of the grating.
