Optical Trapping and Analysis of Single Proteins: Towards an All-Fiber Approach

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Nanoaperture optical tweezers can trap, sense and manipulate single nanoparticles less than 10 nm. With double-nanholes, we have analyzed single proteins. We are developing an all-fiber based version of this platform.
