Metasurface-Enhanced Infrared Spectroscopy: From Protein Detection to Cells Differentiation

Abstract

Metasurface-enhanced infrared spectroscopy (MEIRS) and its applications to detection, counting, and differentiation between various cells is demonstrated using the examples of live and fixed cells (including cancerous and nanoparticles-loaded), in dry and water environments.
