Micro Fiber Coated with Tungsten disulfide and Its Humidity Sensing

Abstract

A micro fiber (MF) coated with tungsten disulfide (WS2) and its humidity sensing are prosed and demonstrated. The WS2CMF is achieved a sensitivity of 0.196 dB/RH% in a RH range from 37%RH to 90%RH.
