RSE-based Underwater Optical Camera Communication Impeded by Bubble Degradation

Abstract

Optical camera communication (OCC) is a promising technique. For the first time, we demonstrate a rolling-shutter-based OCC in the underwater bubble scenario with 36 kbit/s data rate by employing spatial-color multiplexing and de-bubble algorithm.
