Biosensor based on E-SMS Optical Fiber Structure for Detection of Anti BSA

Abstract

In this work, etched singlemode-multimode-singlemode (E-SMS) optical fiber structures are evaluated through the implementation of anti-BSA/BSA immunoassay. By tracking the wavelength response, it is found that the E-SMS devices can detect the presence of antiBSA.
