Photothermal signal readout from lateral flow assay by microfiber long-period grating

Abstract

This paper shows a platform for reading out results of immunologic recognition by spectral integration of microfiber long-period grating and photothermal generation from immunoassay-associated plasmonic resonance. Experimental verification of chromium ion detection is also presented.
