Fingerprint image sensing under quantum dot light emitting display via micro meter size hole for smartphone authentication

Abstract

Fingerprint images are recognized using QLED (Quantum Dot Light-Emitting Diode) light and a micrometer-sized aperture. Images detection increases the security of fingerprint authentication on the smartphone screen panel.
