Denoised MEMS FTIR Spectral Sensor

Abstract

A denoising technique based on discrete wavelet transform is adapted and applied on MEMS-based FTIR spectral sensors. The SNR enhancement varies across the spectral range of operation achieving better than 2x at the lower wavelength range with a slight change in resolution.
