Fast Optimal Reconstruction Algorithm Based on Single-Frequency-Swept-Interferometry for Dynamic Axial Clearance Measurement

Abstract

Proposed reconstruction algorithm based on the peak dispersion evaluation function for high-speed variable frequency dynamic axial clearance measurement. Resists Doppler error and nonlinearity of sweeping light source, demodulates 4kHz clearance change signal with 1μm error.
