Dynamic Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors Interrogators on Silicon Chips

Abstract

we overview the development of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor interrogators on silicon chips based on Mach-Zehnder interferometers and silicon micro-ring resonator filters. Different schemes are described to achieve fast dynamic strain measurement capabilities.
