All-inorganic Spin-cast Nanoparticle Solar Cell with Non-selective Electrodes

Abstract

Spin-cast all-inorganic nanoparticle solutions have been used to make a CdTe/CdSe solar cell with an efficiency of up to 1.9%. The non-selective nature of the contacts made to these devices is explored.
