Abstract

The mathematical model of ntelanogenesis in the furocoumarin-sensitized epidermis under the action of UVA-radiation is presented. Described mathematical model presents the system of the ordinary differential equations for the number of melanocytes in different states, melanosontes on different stages of maturity, and degree of melanization. Developed mathematical model can be used for the determination of optimum modes of PUVA-therapy sessions.
