Clinical Feasibility of Diffuse Optical Spectroscopic Imaging for Sarcoma

Abstract

Diffuse Optical Spectroscopic Imaging (DOSI) measures functional information which could serve as a new biomarker for chemotherapy response in sarcoma. Here we evaluate the feasibility of using DOSI at common sarcoma anatomic locations.
