Pressure Ulcer Progression and Prediction Using Diffuse Correlation Spectroscopy

Abstract

An on-going study was shown using diffuse correlation spectroscopy (DCS) modality on healthy subjects and medical patients with sacroccygeal redness on intact skin to assess pressure ulceration distinguishing blood flow between two types of patients.
