Multiphoton Microscopy with Clearing for Renal Pathology

Abstract

We present a multiphoton microscopy approach with clearing optimized for pathology evaluation yielding quality comparable to traditional histology. Application to human renal tissue reveals pathologic findings not evident on single slide sections.
