Evaluation of muscle performance, neuromuscular and oxidative dynamics in rock climbing

Abstract

Advanced climbers and healthy controls were compared to assess the recovery dynamics and fatigue development in forearm muscles in relation to neuromuscular and oxidative thresholds. The insights will serve to optimize the training process.
