Abstract

Multimodal x-ray mammography and optical imaging data were acquired on breast cancer patients who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). Changes in tumor contrast between baseline and pre-cycle 3 are distinctive across various levels of pathological outcomes.
