Abstract

To balance the signal-versus-phototoxicity tradeoff in live-tissue (pre-)clinical multiphoton microscopy, we develop a platform for two- and three-photon imaging which employs “blue hyperfluorescence” as a real-time intrinsic indicator to monitor and restrict phototoxicity.
