Two-photon excited fluorescence scanning laser ophthalmoscope for in vivo imaging of the human eye

Abstract

We report a two-photon excited fluorescence imaging of the human eyes in vivo for the first time, in a group of healthy volunteers. Images were obtained with excitation power of 0.3 mW at the cornea.
